You will drive quality, productivity, and operational excellence, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help shape the next generation of healthcare leaders in the organization.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing graduate with active PH RN license.
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• At least 2 years bedside or managed care experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or people management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and coaching skills.
