SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE in Manila is seeking a PHRN Team Leader to guide a team of healthcare professionals, applying bedside clinical expertise while developing leadership capabilities. The role blends nursing excellence with people leadership and career growth.

You'll coach and mentor staff, support patient-centered care, and drive quality and operational excellence across programs tied to a leading US healthcare account.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing Graduate and an active Philippine Registered Nurse license (PHRN).
• At least 2 years of bedside or managed care experience.
• Leadership, supervisory or people management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and coaching skills.

As a PHRN Team Leader, you'll continue to use your clinical expertise to support patient care and healthcare outcomes while developing your leadership skills by coaching and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals.
