Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a skilled Process Coordinator to manage and optimize insurance processes, supervise a frontline team, and drive performance improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and succession planning within a dynamic delivery environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in insurance operations, strong leadership, and proven ability to analyze MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• 5 years of experience in Insurance industry and 3 years as Process Coordinator or Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and effectively use MIS reports.
• Experience working in a multi-client environment and coordinating teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes based on established performance standards and measure team performance.
• Supervise, manage and motivate team members daily.
• Build capacity through resource planning, load balancing and cross training.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Provide coaching for challenged team members and development for high potentials.
• Ensure readiness of Business Continuity plan and lead implementation if necessary.
• Develop and place resources in key positions and support career development plans.
• Foster internal rewards or employee programs within the unit for retention and growth.
• Serve as contact point for the business and proactively provide solutions.
• Maintain internal updates/communication within the unit.
