Job summary

COMMSEC INC. in the Philippines seeks a Team Leader – Field Operations / Network O&M to supervise about 12 field teams of Site Engineers, ensuring network performance and alignment with targets.

You will assign daily activities, monitor attendance and productivity, provide technical guidance, coordinate with NOC, OSS, and other teams during incidents, and drive incident response and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise approximately 12 field teams / Site Engineers (SEs) within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Assign daily activities, priorities, and manpower based on network requirements and operational priorities.
• Monitor team attendance, availability, productivity, and overall performance.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to Site Engineers and coordinate support when required.
• Continuously monitor network performance, alarms, outages, and critical site conditions.
• Track KPIs and ensure team activities are aligned with operational and customer targets.
• Identify potential KPI degradation and implement preventive actions before it impacts network performance.
• Lead and monitor site outage prevention and restoration activities in accordance with agreed SLA requirements.
• Ensure timely response, troubleshooting, restoration, and escalation of network outages.
• Coordinate with NOC, OSP, Wireless, IDC, power teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other support groups during major incidents.
