TEMU is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to plan, build, operate, and maintain our campus network across wired and wireless segments, including the internet gateway. You will lead network deployment, monitoring, and incident response to ensure high availability for business systems.
The role requires 3–5 years in network ops, hands-on experience with OSPF/BGP/MSTP/VRRP, and familiarity with Cisco/Aruba/Juniper equipment.
You will be responsible for the overall planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company's campus network, including wired and wireless networks and the internet gateway. This role involves managing and configuring network equipment, deploying networks at new sites, optimizing performance, and resolving network failures to ensure high availability of business systems.
Plan, construct, operate, and maintain the company's campus network, including wired and wireless networks and the internet gateway
Manage and configure network equipment, including switches and routers, and ensure their proper operation and high availability
Deploy networks at new sites, including conducting cabling inspections, bringing equipment online, implementing network policy changes, assigning IP addresses, and monitoring network links
Continuously optimize network performance, analyze network traffic and bottlenecks, and propose and implement improvement plans
Respond rapidly to, diagnose, and resolve network failures to ensure high availability of business systems
Analyze, test, verify, and resolve daily network faults and complex network issues
Support and guide frontline operations engineers
3 to 5 years of network operations and maintenance experience
Proficient in the principles and configuration optimization of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MSTP, and VRRP
Experienced in operating and maintaining devices from at least two brands of the following: Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper
Master firewall policy management (Palo Alto Networks/Fortinet, etc.), IPsec/SSLVPN, NAT, ACL, 802.1X, and NAC access control
Proficient in using common network troubleshooting tools (Ping, MTR, Wireshark, etc.)
Strong logical thinking skills for troubleshooting and the ability to handle pressure, and can independently manage unexpected network incidents
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent service orientation, and good communication and on-site troubleshooting skills
Relevant network certifications such as CCNP/CCIE preferred
