Job summary

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a well-experienced Team Leader to oversee the outlet restaurant within the Food & Beverage Division. You will ensure exceptional service, conduct shift briefings and training, and maintain a strong link between kitchen and service areas while monitoring food and beverage quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar 5-star setting, strong leadership, and may benefit from Mandarin or Fookien language skills.

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Fookien is an advantage.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
