Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Manila is seeking a seasoned Team Leader for The Lounge to ensure exceptional service in our luxury lounge within the Food & Beverage division.

You will lead shift briefings, coordinate between kitchen and service areas, and coach staff on service standards, while upholding the Living Grand philosophy. Prior 2+ years in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift briefings, meetings and training sessions to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain link between kitchen and service areas while monitoring food and beverage quality.
• Provide F&B specialist advice and practice service recovery as required.

We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader- The Loungewho will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of The Lounge restaurant within the Food & Beverage Division.

In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions.You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

• With at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
