Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee installation, commissioning and testing activities onsite for Huawei ISDP projects.

You will coordinate with the client's NOC and MEC project teams, monitor performance against standards and SLAs, and ensure safety and efficient tool usage on site. COSH certification and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good leadership qualities.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• COSH certification preferred.
• Familiar with Huawei EHS Compliance and ISDP.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of the Teams’ Installation, Commissioning & Testing activities onsite
• Coordination with Client’s NOC, Field Operations and MEC Project Coordinators & Project Managers
• Re-checking of team’s work performance ensuring Huawei’s and client’s standards & SLAs are met
• Accounting of Team Member’s activities and efficiency
• Implementing Clean-As-You-Go after every site activity.
• Performing inventory of the Tools, PPEs and Equipment before and after activity
• Responsible on the safety of the team, equipment and tools on site
• Taking of acceptable quality and correct site pictures for uploading to Huawei ISDP
• Perform Site Permitting
