Job summary

Comnet Systems Integration Inc. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading In-Building Solutions projects. You will coordinate with clients, manage manpower, and ensure project delivery per SOW and timelines.

The role requires strong coordination with installation teams, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving across site projects. Office in Metro Manila with on-site responsibilities and regular site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all ongoing In-Building Solutions projects.
• Represent the company in project coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with manpower allocations and outsourcing per site needs.
• Prepare and share manpower schedules with internal and subcontractor teams.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with the Core Team on any commercial impact.
• Develop technical documents: MOS, RA, SWP, SIC, FAT, SAT, SPR.
• Understand the SOW through the SO and plan project discussions.
• Propose necessary tools and equipment as needed.
• Help develop Project SOPs to ensure timely delivery per client timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and Site PM to develop the project schedule.
• Work with Project Installation Team per agreed SOW and schedule.
• Coordinate site progress and issues with the Installation Team.
• Plan weekly manpower allocations and communicate requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce site safety regulations.
• Endorse variation orders to Sales when necessary.
• Work under pressure and resolve problems independently.
• Update backend project monitoring applications regularly.
• Ensure materials are sufficient upon SO/WO acceptance.
• Assist outsourcing of material/equipment suppliers.
• Communicate clearly with customers to resolve site issues.
• Source manpower and products to resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with Project Site Installation Team for progress.
• Resolve project site conflicts related to commercial matters.
• Attend site meetings and record requirements, changes, actions.
• Chair internal Sales and Project meetings and distribute minutes.
• Plan material requirements and issue purchase requisitions promptly.
• Keep leadership informed about project status and issues impacting client relations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY:

1. 1. To lead all ongoing project undertaking In-Building Solutions.
2. 2. Act as the Company representative upon engaging Projects Coordination meeting with the Clients and other stakeholder.
3. 3. Help out on manpower allocations and manpower outsourcing in any case that additional manpower would require per site requirement.
4. 4. Prepare manpower schedule to be shared to internal Comnet Technical Team and Subcontractors.
5. 5. Resolve site related issues, come up with solutions and any case of commercial impact you must deliberate with Comnet Core Team.
6. 6. To help out on developing the current Technical related document not limited as follows:
   • a. Method of Statement (MOS)
   • b. Risk Assessment (RA)
   • c. Safety Work Procedure (SWP)
   • d. Safety Induction Course (SIC)
   • e. Factor Acceptance Test (FAT)
   • f. Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
   • g. Safety Work Procedure (SWP)
   • h. Site Progress Report (SPR)
7. 7. To understand the project Scope of Work (SOW) through Sales Order (SO).
8. 8. Prepare Project deliberation and discussion with Comnet Project Team on the ongoing and future project undertaking.
9. 9. Proposed the necessary Tools and Equipment if necessary.
10. 10. Help out to develop Projects SOP and imposed on such make sure that Projects would be delivered as per given Timeline by the Client.
11. 11. To work and coordinate with client to identify and verify the Scope of work (SOW).
12. 12. To work and coordinate with the Client and to Site Project Manager to develop project Schedule.
13. 13. To work and coordinate with Project Installation Team as per agreed SOW and in accordance on the agreed Project schedule.
14. 14. To work and coordinate with Project Installation Team for the site progress and site issues.
15. 15. Plan and request for Project Manpower allocation on weekly basis.
16. 16. Conduct safety briefing on the Project Installation Team.
17. 17. Ensure that work site safety regulations are being enforced.
18. 18. To provide and monitor project scope of work, endorse variation Order to Sales Team if necessary.
19. 19. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems independently.
20. 20. Update all necessary backend Project Monitoring Applications/Software’s on a regular basis.

FUNCTION-SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:

1. 21. Ensure that site installation materials are sufficient upon acceptance of Service Order (SO) or Work Order (WO).
2. 22. Help Out on outsourcing of Material/Equipment Supplier.
3. 23. Able to communicate effectively with customer or customer’s site Project manager resolve Site issues.
4. 24. Have the ability to outsource manpower and product to resolve site issues.
5. 25. Able to communicate effectively with Project Site Installation Team.
6. 26. Able to resolve project site conflict if any commercial matters related.
7. 27. Attend site meeting and minute’s project requirements, changes, progress and actions required.
8. 28. Chair Internal Sales and Project meetings, prepare and distribute minutes to project team members/stake holders.
9. 29. Proactively plan material requirements and issue Purchase requisite in a timely fashion.
10. 30. Keep the Project Director, Sales General Manager and Business Development Director informed about the project status and issues that may impact customer relations

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY

1. 31. Able to effectively communicate with Internal staff for timely delivery of project.
2. 32. To Supervise and delegate Comnet Project Team on the Project on hand.
3. 33. To Supervise and delegate Sub-contractors on the Project on hand.
4. 34. Abel to guide project Coordinator on delivering project as per given Project Schedule.
