Job summary

You will assign and manage cases per client targets, prepare performance and productivity reports, conduct weekly audits and one-on-one meetings, and drive KPI-driven improvement.

Job description

• Demonstrates and promotes ClearSource’s Core Values: Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy, and Healthy.
• Attends meetings, calibrations, and upskill training as assigned by Operations Management.
• Assigns and manages cases based on client targets for Service Transfer and Case Management.
• Prepares reports and analyzes performance and productivity, including attendance, attrition, productivity, end-of-day reports, and quality.
• Communicates important updates to the team accurately and promptly.
• Conducts team audits and recorded interaction reviews twice a week to ensure compliance with ClearSource quality standards.
• Coaches agents weekly on improvement opportunities and monitors KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent performance.
• Conducts weekly one-on-one meetings to align team members on program goals, personal and career goals, role expectations, and mutual expectations.

About you

• Willing to work onsite and during night shifts.
• Ability to lead a team, exercise authority, and enforce accountability.
• Technical background preferred; solar industry experience is an advantage but not required.
