Job summary

SixEleven Philippines BPO Corporation in Cagayan de Oro is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a high-performing contact center team in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPIs, coach agents, and coordinate with management to drive quality, attendance, and productivity while ensuring compliance with client policies. This role is onsite in Cagayan de Oro and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of BPO KPIs and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
