Job summary

Select Goods is seeking a Branch Supervisor for the FantasyWorld branch at SM Megamall in Manila. You will lead daily operations, assign schedules, monitor attendance and safety, and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will ensure cleanliness, proper asset handling, inventory support, and adherence to policies while coordinating with the OIC/Branch Manager to address incidents and feedback. The role requires leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily operations of the FantasyWorld branch at SM Megamall.
• Assign tasks and work schedules to service crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, work performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer concerns or complaints.
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and activity areas.
• Oversee the proper handling of equipment, supplies, and other company assets.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, stocks, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure that safety procedures and operational standards are strictly followed, especially during customer activities.
• Coordinate with the OIC/Branch Manager regarding staff performance, operational concerns, incidents, and customer feedback.
• Prepare or assist with daily operational reports, attendance records, and incident reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
• Act as the person-in-charge when the OIC/Manager is unavailable.
• Train newly hired employees on company procedures, customer service standards, safety protocols, and proper workplace conduct.
• Ensure that all team members maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
