Responsibilities

• Direct the product line team to accomplish daily transactions and ensure processing turnaround times.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of broking slips and monitor timely delivery of policy contracts.
• Negotiate best rate/term/condition with the insurer and evaluate insurance risk, coordinating with partners and units to ensure efficiency.
• Submit management reports and ensure adequate insurance cover for all booked loans on time.

Direct the product line team in the accomplishment of the daily transactions, ascertain compliance to the standard processing turnaround time, validate accuracy/ completeness of various broking slips, monitor timely delivery of policy contracts, negotiate best rate/ term/ condition with the Insurer, evaluate insurance risk, attend meetings with Insurance partners, recommend areas for automation or work improvement, coordinate with BDO branches, Bank CLG counterparts, Insurers and various units in the organization to ensure work efficiency/ effectiveness, submit management reports, ensure production target is met and ascertain adequate insurance cover for all booked loans on time.
