Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance to company and client directives (principal‑initiated projects).
• Promote the client's products or services in a professional but customer‑friendly manner.
• Train all front‑liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills.
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs.
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and the whole team.
• Regularly attend company, client, and retail outlet‑initiated meetings.
• Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal and the retail outlets.
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and priorities of the client.
• Monitor and safeguard all equipment issued to company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
