Job summary

ConnectOS, a growing Australian accounting and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our offshore bookkeeping team in Metro Manila. You will manage a four-person bookkeepers team, coordinate workflow, and ensure client delivery deadlines are met while onboarding new clients.

You will develop SOPs, improve processes, and drive automation, liaising with the Australian leadership team on priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience servicing Australian accounting clients.
• Strong Xero knowledge with add-ons such as Deputy, Hubdoc and Dext preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT) We are a growing Australian accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our offshore bookkeeping team.
