Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe is seeking passionate Team Members to join us, with a Team Leader overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service. This role requires stamina for long shifts, managing inventory, and upholding sanitation standards in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You’ll train new hires, collaborate with management, and help plan schedules while maintaining a welcoming, values-driven atmosphere for our guests. Weekend and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, such as supplies and inventory.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, such as cash registers and computers.

Work Environment:

This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with team members to meet customer demands. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
