Job summary

About the role

This position is designed for those who want to develop toward a future role in education management. You will teach English based on the curriculum and class schedule, while also starting to learn about class management, student support, administrative work, parent communication, and student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English based on the curriculum and class schedule
• Keep track of students' learning progress and classroom performance
• Take part in teacher training and teaching quality-related work
• Help manage student attendance, learning progress, and daily class matters
• Help with student learning and other academic-related matters
• Work with the team to follow up on students' learning and course continuation
• Learn and handle daily branch and academic administrative work
• Help with new class planning, class schedules, and other academic matters
• Gradually take part in parent communication with support from your supervisor
• Help with trial classes, open classes, student recruitment, and promotional activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Education, English, or related majors preferred
• Experience in English teaching
• English Proficiency: CEFR B2 or higher (IELTS 6.0+, TOEIC 785+, or equivalent)
• Basic Mandarin communication skills
• Valid NBI Clearance
• Willing to learn administrative, communication, and management work
• Responsible, able to get things done, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Interested in developing a career in education management
