Responsibilities

• Instructional Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and technology integration.
• Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Assess student learning through various methods, including formative and summative assessments, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Guide and support student behavior through positive reinforcement and appropriate disciplinary measures.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning community among students.
• Student Support: Build strong relationships with students, providing individual attention and support.
• Identify and address the individual learning needs and challenges of each student.
• Provide academic support and intervention to students who are struggling.
• Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
