Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a seasoned Teacher Recruiter to attract qualified teachers and guide them through a rigorous recruitment process. This work-from-home role operates on Philippine time, with a 10:00 am–7:00 pm schedule and offers HMO, leave credits, and bonuses.

You will source, interview, engage, and onboard teachers for worldwide education partners, using an ATS and AI tools to ensure high-quality hires and minimize no-shows. Strong English skills are essential.

The Role

Edge Tutor is hiring an experienced Teacher Recruiter who can attract qualified teachers, keep candidates engaged, and move them through a strict recruitment timeline.

Location: Work from home

Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PH Time

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience
• Prior experience hiring online teachers, or firsthand experience working as one, is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows
• Strong prioritization, follow-through, and judgment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Teacher, tutor, education, or BPO recruitment experience is an advantage
• Your success will be measured by the quality, pass rates, and readiness of the teachers you recruit.
