Job summary

EDGE Tutor seeks Advanced Tutors to teach adults, professionals, and teens worldwide. You will conduct one-on-one and small group sessions, deliver Business English, and align to LanguageCert C2 with full transition support.

We provide structured training and coaching, with exam subsidy and performance-based progression. Earn up to ₱200/hour or up to ₱35,000/month (Full-Time), with 5 AM–9 PM PHT schedules and 24/7 support.

• Experience in ESL, training, or communication-heavy roles preferred.
• Comfortable handling adult and teen learners or professional conversations.

Compensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 or equivalent certification such as IELTS/TOEFL)
• Experience in ESL, training, or communication-heavy roles preferred
• Comfortable handling adult and teen learners or professional conversations
• Willingness to align with LanguageCert C2 certification
• University graduate (any 4-year course)
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
• NBI or Police Clearance

Required Teaching Setup

• Laptop or desktop (Intel i5 8th Gen or higher, at least 16GB RAM, CPU score 3500 or above)
• External 1080p webcam and noise‑canceling headset
• Wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with at least 15 Mbps backup
• Mobile hotspots are not accepted as primary or backup connection
• Power backup capable of supporting at least 8 hours of teaching
• Quiet, professional teaching environment
