You will source, interview, engage, and onboard teachers for worldwide education partners, using an ATS and AI tools to ensure high-quality hires and minimize no-shows. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in full-cycle or high-volume recruitment.
• Experience hiring online teachers or working as one is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments.
