Position Title: Business Management Instructor
Department: Business Management
Reporting To: Academic Head / Program Head
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Deliver lectures, discussions, and learning activities in alignment with CHED and STI College standards.
- Design lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools tailored to student outcomes.
- Facilitate academic support and consultation hours for students.
- Participate in faculty development programs, departmental meetings, and school events.
- Contribute to the curriculum enhancement, quality assurance, and student academic progress monitoring.
- Maintain classroom discipline, academic integrity, and professional ethics
I. Educational Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree is an advantage.
II. Experience Level
- With 0–3 years of teaching experience in Social Science or relevant subject areas.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records and communication skills are welcome to apply.
III. Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge in Philippine History, Rizal’s Life and Works, Politics and Governance, Contemporary World, and other related GE courses.
- Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems (LMS).
- Effective classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Capable of using technology-enhanced teaching tools and digital resources.
- Competence in research, critical thinking facilitation, and curriculum alignment.
