Job summary

Philippine Business for Social Progress is seeking a TB Program Officer to provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities in TB management and ensure compliance with DOH TB protocols. You will coordinate closely with municipal and provincial health offices to strengthen data reporting and patient care.

The role requires collaboration with partners, field visits, and capacity-building of RHUs/CHOs. Strong communication in English/Filipino and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science with 2+ years in PMDT/TB-DOTS.
• Experience or exposure to TB programs is preferred.
• Training in PMDT, ITIS, PViMS, and DAT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities for TB management.
• Ensure adherence to DOH NTP MOP protocols.
• Coordinate with TB partners and health offices.
• Assist in data collection and reporting via ITIS and EMRs.
• Support TB mass screenings within catchment area.
