Job summary

Dexis seeks a Program Coordinator to provide strategic coordination and technical support for DOH TB and Global Health Security initiatives. The role will liaise with USG stakeholders, manage program tracking, and support field activities to deliver humanitarian outcomes.

You will coordinate between DOH units and partners, prepare funding requests, and maintain dashboards to monitor progress. A strong background in public health program coordination and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, international relations, development studies, public administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience supporting public health programs, development projects, or government coordination activities.
• Demonstrated experience in program coordination, reporting, monitoring, or administrative support for health or development initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with government offices, development partners, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare reports, meeting documentation, and program tracking materials.
• Ability to conduct field visits and support monitoring activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. Government‑supported tuberculosis and global health security activities implemented in partnership with DOH.
• Provide operational and technical support for high‑level missions, joint planning activities, and coordination meetings between DOH and U.S. Government stakeholders.
• Track key decisions, deliverables, and follow‑up actions to support timely implementation of program activities.
• Prepare and submit a detailed monthly report to the U.S. DOS and participate in bi‑weekly calls with DOS staff.
• Consolidate inputs from DOH offices and assist in the preparation of funding requests, technical assistance proposals, and project briefs.
