Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the DOH BIHC in tuberculosis and Global Health Security, coordinating with U.S. government partners and DOH units to advance life-saving health programs.

The role requires five years of public health coordination experience, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency. You will prepare funding requests, maintain dashboards, and ensure alignment with national priorities, while conducting field visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, international relations, development studies, public administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience supporting public health programs, development projects, or government coordination activities.
• Demonstrated experience in program coordination, reporting, monitoring, or administrative support for health or development initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with government offices, development partners, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare reports, meeting documentation, and program tracking materials.
• Ability to conduct field visits and support monitoring activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. Government-supported tuberculosis and global health security activities implemented in partnership with DOH.
• Ensure TB and GHS program activities are aligned and contribute to reducing TB-related morbidity and mortality while strengthening outbreak preparedness and response capacity.
• Serve as liaison between DOH program units, U.S. Government counterparts, and implementing partners involved in TB and GHS programming.
• Provide operational and technical support for high-level missions, joint planning activities, and coordination meetings between DOH and U.S. Government stakeholders.
• Track key decisions, deliverables, and follow-up actions to support timely implementation of program activities.
