Qualifications

• Fully conversant with existing corporate and business tax regulations.
• Can coordinate with the group\'s Tax Admin team to provide documentary requirements.
• Provides advisory on new promotions and contracts to be entered into by the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning and compliance for the business unit.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks for all ventures, contracts, and transactions.
• Ensure tax returns are filed accurately and on time per government regulations.
• Coordinate with Tax Admin team for documentary requirements and queries from BIR/LGUs.
• Conduct periodic tax compliance reviews for the business unit.
• Serve as the resource person for all tax matters of the business unit.
• Interpret tax requirements and provide guidance on their implications for the business.
