• Develop and implement tax strategies, tax accounting and tax filing/reporting to optimise tax paid and ensure compliance with AIA group tax policy and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain tax records, returns, reports, and other tax related materials
• Recommend alternative tax treatments to alleviate tax burden and minimise tax liability using knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Conduct research and analysis of existing and upcoming tax legislation to support AIA's tax planning and tax strategy
• Engage with external tax consultants to keep abreast of tax developments and provide tax advice to internal stakeholders
