Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a tax-related role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other obligations.
• Conducting research to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks.
• Providing tax advisory services to Finance, Operations, and Legal.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for tax compliance and alignment.
• Assisting in tax audits and liaising with tax authorities as needed.
• Mentoring and training junior tax professionals.

1. Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant tax obligations
2. Conducting research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks
3. Providing tax advisory services to various departments, including finance, operations, and legal
4. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and best practices
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's tax compliance and strategic alignment
6. Assisting in tax audits and liaising with tax authorities as needed
7. Mentoring and training junior tax professionals
