What this role is about

We’re hiring an experienced CPA Manager to run audit, assurance, and tax compliance engagements, lead teams, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on execution and people management—no sales targets. Strategy and business development are handled by the Partner.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple audit, assurance, and tax compliance engagements
• Plan engagements and ensure compliance with IFRS, PFRS, PSA, and PH tax rules
• Review working papers, financial statements, and tax filings
• Manage timelines, budgets, and team workloads
• Coach and develop Seniors and Associates
• Act as the main operational contact for clients
• Improve processes, efficiency, and engagement quality
