The role requires strong accounting and tax expertise, with collaboration across Accounting, Legal, and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and optimized tax outcomes. You will lead regulatory filings, maintain licenses, and deliver tax trainings, while supporting cross-functional teams on tax-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax compliance program.
• Manage filing and payment of income tax, withholding taxes, VAT with BIR.
• Coordinate with external legal for tax audits and VAT refunds.
• Ensure registration/licensing with regulatory agencies.
• Provide tax updates and trainings to employees.
• Lead tax strategy initiatives and compliance efforts.
