Job summary

Insular Oil Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Tax Accountant to manage monthly BIR filings and compliance for the company and its affiliates. The role requires 2–4 years in tax preparation with knowledge of LOA/PAN processes and tax assessments.

You will monitor filings for Allianz Companies, prepare documents for auditors, and support month-end activities. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm, on-site at D. Tuazon, QC, with a direct-hire, full-time arrangement and complimentary lunch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business course is required.
• At least 2–4 years in tax preparation and filing.
• Experience handling tax assessments is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about tax filing schedules and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; willing to be assigned in D.Tuazon, QC.

Responsibilities

• Monthly filing of BIR compliance for Insular Oil and its affiliates.
• Monitor monthly BIR filing compliance for Allianz Companies.
• File protests and supporting documents for LOA/PAN to RDO.
• Provide external auditors with documents needed for LOA/PAN.
• Month-end sounding at Ports/Depot when needed.
• Address, draft responses, and prepare supporting documents for tax assessments and audits.
