Job summary

Dayforce, a global HCM leader, is seeking a Tax & Banking Onboarding Specialist to join our implementation team. You will act as the primary contact for new customers, guiding tax profile creation, banking details, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support as Dayforce handles bulk tax filings on behalf of clients.

In this role you will collaborate with customer teams and Dayforce implementation peers from kickoff through go-live, maintain accurate records, track forms, and manage risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years industry related experience.
• Experience in payroll, tax, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax and banking onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Set up customer tax profiles within core systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate back-office testing and funding between systems.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Lead small to medium projects with independent judgment.
