Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Tax Associate to work with Seniors Tax Associates, Tax Specialists and managers in the US and India to manage projects and perform verification and reconciliation related to payment administration, tracking and logging notices, and e-filing of Sales & Use Tax Returns. The role includes developing required procedures and managing project communications.

Responsibilities include assisting with return filing to ensure timely delivery, logging notices, and maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelors degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in US Taxation.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and writing skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience.
• Assist seniors and US stakeholders with return filing to ensures timely delivery.
• Process online filings of tax returns and EDI/EFTs.
• Update monthly checklist with compliance updates.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to team.
