Job summary

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Tax team in the Philippines. You will contribute to consulting and compliance engagements, prepare diverse tax returns, and collaborate with professionals across our Clark or Makati sites.

This hybrid role starts onsite for 2 months, then blends two days onsite with three days remote weekly. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years public accounting, a degree in Accounting, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years public accounting experience; entry level considered.
• Degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel on a very limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong technical tax accounting knowledge on consulting and compliance engagements.
• Prepare tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040).
• Assist with 1042 and 1042S filings during peak season using Gosystems RS and Avalara.
• Collaborate with team and communicate findings clearly.
• Support client deliverables with accuracy and deadlines.
