Computer/office software skills.**2.Languages:** English: Intermediate-high level (B2 minimum). Necessary for communication with international teams, reading technical documentation, and participation in corporate projects.**3.Technical Knowledge:** Continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification valued), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA. Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems (HACCP).
