Job summary

PXI Marketing Services, Inc. is seeking a Printing Operator to manage print production workflow and ensure timely delivery with high quality. You will handle large-format prints, perform finishing, and maintain equipment, supporting projects both within and outside Metro Manila as required.

The role requires experience with large-format printers, color management, and finishing techniques. You will work with the team to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.

Qualifications

• College graduate or diploma holder in any related field.
• Proven experience operating large-format printers and producing signage and display graphics.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and color management for large-format output.
• Skilled in finishing techniques including lamination, mounting, trimming, and packaging.
• Ability to operate and maintain printing equipment efficiently.
• Experience maintaining machine logs and coordinating maintenance with vendors.
• Good understanding of production workflow and time management to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills.
• Physically capable of handling large materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets and manage workflow to ensure on-time completion and high efficiency.
• Produce rigid and roll signs, banners, and display graphics with finishing (lamination, mounting, trimming).
• Use and maintain department tools and equipment; manage machine logs and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Prepare large-format signs, banners, and graphics for shipping and delivery; create custom packaging.
• Timely submission of required forms and reports for tasks.
• Care for stock and merchandising materials used in projects.
• Provide timely, factual project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist managers and team members as needed and promote teamwork across groups.

Position Summary

The Printing Operator is responsible for reviewing job tickets, managing print production workflow, and ensuring all projects are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards and maximizing machine efficiency. This role involves producing large-format prints, performing custom finishing, maintaining equipment, and supporting project execution both within and outside Metro Manila as required.

• Reviewing department job tickets, managing workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting customers’ expectations while maximizing machine efficiency.
• Producing rigid and roll signs and banners, custom finishing including lamination, mounting, and trimming.
• Properly using and maintaining all department tools and equipment, managing machine logs and coordinating maintenance and repair calls with vendors
• Preparing large format signs, banners and display graphics for shipping and delivery; creating custom packaging when necessary.
• Timely submission of all required forms and reports necessary to accomplish the above task.
• Proper handling and care of all stock, merchandising materials and items used in the implementation of any given project
• Timely and factual reporting of all developments in a given project to ensure compliance to procedures and deadlines.
• As needed, be assigned to handle or monitor a project outside Metro Manila the duration of which is dependent on the given task.
• Assist the General Manager, Operations Manager, any Project Managers or your team members in any way deemed necessary.
• Promote teamwork and coordination among your team members and with other work groups.
