Promo Exchange Inc. is seeking a Printing Operator to review job tickets, manage print production workflow, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality output.

The role covers large-format prints, finishing, and equipment maintenance, with potential assignments outside Metro Manila as needed. The ideal candidate will have college or diploma in a related field, proven experience with large-format printers, color management, and finishing techniques.

Qualifications

• College degree or diploma in a related field.
• Experience operating large-format printers and producing signs, banners, and display graphics.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color management, and file preparation for large-format output.
• Finishing techniques including lamination, mounting, trimming, and packaging.
• Ability to operate and maintain printing equipment and tools efficiently.
• Experience maintaining machine logs and coordinating maintenance or repair with vendors.
• Good understanding of production workflow and time management to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills.
• Physically capable of handling large materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Review department tickets and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Produce rigid and roll signs, banners, and display graphics.
• Lamination, mounting, trimming, and packaging as needed.
• Maintain and operate printing equipment; manage logs and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Prepare large-format signs for shipping; create custom packaging when necessary.
• Submit forms and reports required to accomplish tasks.
• Handle stock and merchandising materials used in projects.
• Report project developments to ensure procedures and deadlines.
• Handle or monitor projects outside Metro Manila when required.
• Assist the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Managers; promote teamwork.
