Job summary

Insular Oil Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Davao City to support loading and unloading of materials, monitor tank levels, and ensure accurate inventory movement. You will assist in withdrawing materials from tanks, prepare basic documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area in collaboration with Production and QA teams.

The role requires a high school or vocational graduate, basic computer skills (MS Excel, email), and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School/Senior High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate
• Computer literacy: MS Excel, basic inventory encoding, email documentation
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or plant operations is an advantage
• Can perform loading and unloading activities
• Can follow documented procedures
• Basic knowledge of inventory documentation (DR, withdrawal slip, gate pass) is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy (accountable for materials custody)

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials
• Assist in withdrawal of raw materials, main product, and by-products from tanks as instructed
• Prepare and submit basic documentation related to material movement
• Encode simple inventory data as required by Inventory & Logistics Specialist
• Monitor tank levels and coordinate with Production & QA prior to transfer
• Maintain cleanliness and order of warehouse and tank area
• Follow safety procedures during material handling and transfer
