Job summary

Mercer in Manila, Philippines, invites a Talent & Transformation Consultant focused on Learning Solutions to grow Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions offerings while supporting client work across learning, transformation, and talent strategies.

You will lead business development, solution design, and delivery, managing projects with cross-functional teams to drive impact for clients and colleagues, in a hybrid setup requiring office presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR consulting experience in learning and development, workforce transformation, or talent management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels; strong communication.
• Analytical mindset with project management capabilities and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of learning solutions for clients.
• Grow Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions offerings across public and in-house programs.
• Collaborate with sales and Marsh teams to support revenue targets and growth.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling, and broader talent challenges.
• Lead engagements from problem definition through delivery and execution; manage projects to budget and schedule.
