Job summary

EY Talent Operations ER & CAT Coordinator role supports UKI HR functions from EY GDS centres, including Manila. The position combines ER regulatory reporting with CAT data analysis, governance and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HR specialization preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR or related experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in international environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• ER regulatory reporting and governance with regulator liaising.
• Develop and maintain regulatory and internal reporting.
• Coordinate Hub of Chairs and chair appointments for complex ER cases.
• Provide case management support and administrative back-up.
• Maintain lists, access controls, and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Manage invoice lifecycle and cross-border payment coordination.
