Job summary

East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Talent Management Officer at the Corporate Level for the Taguig (BGC) area. The role is hybrid and will focus on enterprise-wide talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will partner with leaders and HR teams to build a strong talent pipeline using structured assessments, data-driven insights, and governance to support strategic workforce

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR experience in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP functions.
• Strong data analytics and HR dashboarding skills.
• Good facilitation and presentation capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end leadership on succession planning and management with governance and reporting.
• Lead career management: internal mobility, job rotations, and promotions.
• Drive performance management initiatives and leadership development, including 360 feedback.
• Support workforce governance: org structures, job descriptions, and audit readiness.
• Partner with HR COEs, PBPs, and executives to tailor bank-wide talent programs.
• Manage talent review cycles, succession pipelines, and HiPo programs.
• Support competency frameworks, culture-building, engagement and change management.
