Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources related to Talent Development initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights on participation and program effectiveness.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting outputs.
• Support end-to-end administration of Talent Development programs.
