Job Summary: The role leads the organization’s enterprise-wide learning and capability strategy , ensuring employees develop the skills needed to support current business priorities and future transformation. A major focus is building a skills-based learning ecosystem and leading technology capability development through the IT Academy .

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Learning & Development / Capability Building leader with a track record of designing enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Strong expertise in skills-based transformation, including skills assessment, upskilling, reskilling, and career development.
• Experience leading digital or technology capability programs, ideally covering AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, learning analytics, and impact measurement to deliver scalable and measurable learning programs.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business and technology leaders, manage large-scale programs, vendors, and budgets, and drive organizational change.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
