Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Talent Capability Manager to lead the organization’s enterprise-wide learning and capability strategy, ensuring employees develop the skills needed to support current priorities and future transformation.

The role focuses on building a skills-based learning ecosystem and directing technology capability development through the IT Academy, including AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Expertise in skills-based transformation, including assessments, upskilling and reskilling.
• Experience leading digital/tech capability programs (AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity).
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, analytics, and impact measurement.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business/technology leaders, manage large programs, vendors, and budgets.
• Experience in banking/financial services or highly regulated industries preferred.
