Job summary

NZAB is hiring a Talent and Campaign Coordinator in Manila to drive talent operations and brand partnership campaigns from start to finish. You will manage day-to-day schedules, coordinate production days, and handle communications with publicists, producers, and clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in talent management, campaign coordination, influencer marketing, creative agency operations, PR, or media production.
Strong working knowledge and dynamic awareness of the Australian creator, broadcast, and podcasting ecosystems.
Outstanding written skills—able to draft polished brand emails, detailed campaign briefs, and clear talent recaps.
Fluent with Google Workspace and campaign management tools (e.g., monday.com), Canva.

Responsibilities

Talent Coordination: Manage day-to-day diaries, bookings, call times, travel and logistics for a roster of talent.
Campaign Management: Own and execute brand partnership campaigns post-negotiation, acting as the link between talent, brands and agencies.
Agency & Business Administration: Maintain CRM and campaign pipelines in monday.com; assist with inbound inquiries and pitch development; keep talent decks updated in Canva.
