Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Head of HR Shared Services to lead a team delivering customer-focused HR services. You will set goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive excellence.

You will identify process improvements with leadership, standardize HR workflows, oversee employee inquiries, onboarding, payroll support, and ensure policy compliance while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services HelpDesk with supervisory experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

Job description

Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliverexceptional customer service.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback toensure team success.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifyingopportunities for development and growth.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements within HR SharedServices, implementing best practices.
• Work with leadership to standardize and streamline HR processes within the project
• Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and increaseemployee satisfaction.

Employee Support:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including employee inquiries,onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-relatedfunctions in compliance with our Client policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while maintaining a highlevel of confidentiality and compliance.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and resolve them in atimely and effective manner.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with Delivery Managers and other departments to ensure HR servicesalign with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HR projects and initiatives. Provide feedback and insights to HR leadership on service delivery trends and teamperformance.
• Be able to assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensuremaximum alignment of knowledge across all staff levels

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all HR Shared Services activities are compliant with relevant laws,regulations, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, employee servicemetrics, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Shared Services HelpDesk, withat least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery models.
