Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics across Talent Acquisition processes.
• Manage background checks, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and Talent Acquisition systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection requirements.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to resolve hiring and operational issues.
• Identify process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
