Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to manage requisitions, source passive candidates, and present the most qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. You will coordinate interviews, maintain Taleo data, and ensure compliance with regulations and SLAs.

You will collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to streamline offers and maintain candidate pipelines, while delivering client-specific reporting and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience with recruiting functions.
• Experience in recruiting/resourcing functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting support activities for specific client groups and present top candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Use Taleo for requisition management, posting jobs, screening and reporting.
• Maintain candidate data, OFCCP compliance and position management with SLAs.
• Coordinate interviews and offers with HR and Hiring Managers, including travel where needed.
• Develop client-specific reporting on time-to-fill and other metrics.
