Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will handle job analysis, sourcing, profiling, screening, and selection, while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Collaboration with multiple teams will be essential to deliver top talent. The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

What does a Recruiter do?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization. As a Recruiter, you will:

• Performing the day to day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following:
• Job Analysis
• Sourcing & Profiling
• Screening and Selection
• Documentation & Reporting

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent in terms of their interpersonal skills
