Job Duties

So what does a Sourcing Specialist really do? Think of yourself as a pied piper attracting ridiculously good talent to join and nurture their careers with Us. As a Sourcing Specialist you will conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies for TaskU to help ensure hiring requirements are delivered. You will leverage on your understanding of the business and integrate that into sound sourcing efforts. While the general discipline still falls under marketing, you will specialize in graphic design, making sure our talent marketing materials preserve our unique employer brand while resonating with the type of talent we hope to attract.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing
• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software
